Amazing facts of the Bible : Nature at HIS Command!!!

Have you ever stood near the sea beach and thought that who controls the sea? Well scientists and scholars may have different views but ultimately we have to agree that God does have a role to play in the vast universe. God does control everything.
One such incident from the Bible will reveal that even the sea and the nature obey God.
Once when Lord Jesus and His disciple were crossing the Sea of Galilee by boat, a huge storm arose. The waters became turbulent and the boat was tossed to and fro. It was a heavy rain with thunder and lightening. No body in the boat could stay calm and steady. Every one was sick with fear and tried their best to stay cool but all in vain. Who can stay cool in the midst of an angry sea?
The disciples tried frantically to hold on to the helm and some were trying to throw the water out of the topsy-turvy boat.
One disciple suddenly noticed that Lord Jesus was not in the crowd. Where was He then? They found that He was peacefully asleep in the corner of the boat.perhaps He was tried after the days work. Every one was surprised. How could he sleep like that in the storm? Some of them shouted in the top of their voice and woke him up saying, “Master, why are you asleep, we are all drowning?”
Immediately Jesus woke up. He was only taking a nap. He stood up and raised His hand toward the sea and said, “Be still”. Within a few minutes the storm died down and the sea became clam like a sleeping baby.
Every one was amazed. It was beyond imagination. How can nature take orders?
It was then they realized the power and greatness of Lord Jesus Christ. He was not just any other human being doing some magic out of practice, but it was His divine character because of which even nature obeyed His command. Wow! Mind blowing.
We many not think about it seriously but think of it, if nature respects and obeys God then how much should we not regard and obey God?
